Betty Paz is a Canadian visual artist-author, whose Archetypal Art represents the individuation process described by C. G. Jung's Analytical Psychology. Her journey began during analysis, in her home country of Venezuela. Betty's art depicts the patterns inherent in the structure of the psyche. She lives in Winnipeg, Canada, where she continues her commitment to soul and the study of classic Jungian psychology.

Betty is also known for her personalized Mandala Art. Over the past few years she was fortunate to have the late Jungian analyst J. Gary Sparks (1948-2025) as a friend and mentor.

“My artwork has been ignited by the work of C. G. Jung, and by the mystery that makes us who we are.”

“By going deep within, we find the path to our own story. This way, we are capable of transforming our own lives, thus transforming the Collective. My art is the result of that journey: listening to the Unconscious in order to integrate the totality of my Self.”
